LatitudeXI is a B2B SaaS studio. We design, build and operate software companies for industries that run on paperwork, spreadsheets and goodwill — and we start each one with the same foundation rather than from zero.
Why education first
Indian schools run on systems that were never designed for them: imported software priced for other markets, or spreadsheets held together by one overworked administrator. CoTeachly is our answer to that, and it is live in a real school today. Education is not our only ambition, but it is where we chose to earn the right to a second product.
How the studio works
Every LatitudeXI product inherits the same four things: senior engineers who have shipped at scale, an AI-native design rather than AI bolted on, India-first compliance from day one, and a bias toward production over prototype. That foundation is the reason a second product will not start from scratch.
Where CoTeachly fits
CoTeachly is product 01, not the company. It is an AI-powered school-management platform for teachers, principals and parents, operated by Coteachly Technologies Pvt Ltd and built to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It is the first proof that the studio model works.

- Your data is used solely to operate the platform for your institution. It is not sold or shared with third parties, except where required to run the service — cloud hosting and SMS delivery.
- Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023
- You can access, correct and request erasure of personal data. Contact your institution administrator, or reach the team directly at privacy@coteachly.com.
- Deleted within 90 days
- Data is retained for the duration of your institution's subscription and deleted within 90 days of account closure.
